What I liked
The post-doc that I have has been so nice and understandable. I am conducting ressearch for the first time and she has gladly answered every questiion and given me room to explore my own passions.

Start looking into research places that you like because you do not want to be stuck in a place where you do not feel welcome or do not get along with the post-doc or PI

The management and their communication with the employees could have been better.
