Rutgers NJMS - Yang Lab

About Rutgers NJMS - Yang Lab

The Yang Lab at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School seeks to understand how cells process and respond to signals and stresses in their local environment.

We are developing new approaches for accelerating our causal and quantitative understanding of biological systems, integrating network modeling with machine learning activities to interpret large biomedical data.

Our overall goal is to tackle the most important challenges in global health with systems approaches that can enable precision medicine.

We are a part of the Center for Emerging and Re-Emerging Pathogens and the Department of Microbiology, Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics.

We study the pathogenesis and treatment of infectious diseases.
