They have a very organized system in terms of preparing the patients' food and conducting a trayline. I like that I was able to work with many other people and work together to complete tasks.
What I wish was different
Some of the employees don't cooperate with one another or treat others with as much respect as I would have liked.

This job has helped me with my communication skills and has also helped me become more organized and independent.
