Advice
Logistics is not for the faint of heart. It is a time sensitive job and you have to react accordingly. Not everything will work out perfectly but sometimes things align really well.

What I liked
I had good supervisors. They were willing to help me explore the types of work I liked. I had a great project that I worked on that gave me a lot of valuable experience and make an impact on the business.
What I wish was different
Some of the other employees weren't reliable or the most profesional. The day-to-day work could be really dull at times. Sometimes communication wasn't clear.
Advice
It isn't going to be sexy work or a sexy company, but there are some great people here that want you to succeed and do well. Go in expecting to do some boring work but also make sure to speak up that you want to find a way to do a project around process improvement.
