I love the experience I have received. This will help me with my future education and also has helped me get my foot in the door of getting a Registered Nurse job.
What I wish was different
They only offer part-time opportunities and wish they offered per diem because it's hard with managing work and school.
Advice
I wish I had started this job sooner and truly recommend people who are looking to advance their degree in nursing to do this prior because it gives you good bedside manner and skills to practice
