The atmosphere of the organization is extremely relaxed and welcoming. The position also allowed me the opportunity to have full creative freedom to just create. On occasion, certain parameters had to be met on an assignment. But mostly, I was allowed full creative freedom to keep on creating for the organization.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to do the projects I wanted to do for the organization. Summer is a busy time for everyone, and certain projects were just too big and time consuming to get organized and produced within my allotted time as an intern.
Advice
Always be open to anything that might come your way. Be open to try new things, go outside your comfort zone, and experiment. And of course, have fun creating.
