What I liked

The best thing about working at the Woodland Hills location is my coworkers. Especially in the women's team, we have become a little family that looks out for each other and really work as a team. I really appreciate them and they make it fun to go into work for my shifts.

What I wish was different

It is hard to say, but you can't really change how customers act while they are shopping and the way they act towards our associates. But that is how life is, not everyone is going to be nice to you and I would like for it to be different, however, this is how you learn to perfect your customer service skills and resolve issues under pressure.

Advice

One piece of advice from this experience is, to work hard, be ready for a fast pace workplace and make friends with your coworkers, It makes it a lot more fun to go to work and you have a team of friends to back you up when something difficult happens with customers.

Even if a store is closing working there can provide lots of good experience and even give you different skills than an average retail job would provide.

The people I worked with & learning more about different designers while taking care of clothes all day.

I wish I could have been busier at points. I wish I had more tasks to take on and that I could have stayed there longer, so I could have gained a more in-depth relationship to the regular customers.
