This internship is very hands on and always changing. My days in the office are never the same and I am always learning.
What I wish was different
Advice
Interning is what you make of it. The more willing you are to do things, the more things you will probably get to do. Keep an open mind.

What I liked
One really unique opportunity Sandbox Entertainment offers is the hands-on experience with their semester project. They assign you one/two of their artists/brands and give you the freedom to create an EPK page as if they were your own artist. They truly value the creativity their interns have to offer and want you to walk away with a new knowledge and resume builder. Likewise, the ever growing company has a diverse roster and in-house team that allows you to learn various aspects from at all times.
What I wish was different
One thing I wish had been different would be the amount of work they had for their interns to complete. There are often days I walk in and ask if anyone needs me to complete anything and I end up spending the majority of my time creating work for myself. This is not always a bad thing, but it would be more beneficial to have more "real" day-to-day insight.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share with a future intern would be to make themselves present. It is really easy to sit back and work on homework or personal work in your down time, but when you show your involvement in a future event or in-house activity, it truly stands out. The team is very knowledgeable and holds great weight in the industry -- get to know them and show your eagerness to be in this industry.
