Honestly, I wish that the assigned tasks were more organized and the expectations were much easier to understand.
Advice
I think it's important to do your research beforehand and ask questions whenever you may not understand something.

I liked the flexibility in the hours, and everyone was very friendly and polite
What I wish was different
I ended up doing a lot more recruiting and onboarding than the internship had advertised. I also was given little direction and training in these. Almost everyone I talked to was an unpaid intern.
Advice
If you need a little something extra on your resume, these internships are perfect. But if you're hoping for an internship that might lead to a job, I'd suggest looking elsewhere

Advice
Don't be afraid to ask to focus on something in particular that you have an interest in, they'll listen to that and help you do more with your interest.
