What I liked

This job is very convenient as a full-time student. I get to pick my schedule and choose when I work, which is very nice. It is very stress-free, and management is very helpful.

What I wish was different

I wouldn't change a thing!

Advice

You get to hear from many different people from this job, which I really enjoy. Be open-minded when listening to the experiences the staff and residents share. I learn a lot from being a satisfaction interviewer, and it is really rewarding to hear their stories.

What I liked

I loved the flexibility of this job! It is perfect for full time students or people with multiple jobs! You have the ability to work on your own time, and you can work from home! Training is easy and allows you to start working quickly! Management is incredible and works with your schedule so you are never too overwhelmed. They are also quick to respond to you if you were to have any questions or difficulties during the job.

What I wish was different

I would not change anything!

Advice

I would say this is a great opportunity to learn how to communicate effectively while transcribing. I would definitely advise anyone who is looking for a job to work here!

What I liked

This job is really flexible and you can work the hours you want to. I like that you can build your own schedule. The management is great and super easy to work with.

Nothing needs to change, I love it!

Advice

I've learned that each day you'll learn new things about people, some days can be positive reviews or negative. Overall, you get the chance to talk with real people about their experiences and I really enjoy that aspect. I also love how I can manage my days and hours with the schedule.
