What I liked

I had previously worked here and during the covid-19 pandemic when I moved home, I reached out to my former manager who rehired me immediately. Save-A-Lot requires dedication and expects employees to perform diverse tasks. The managers are willing to work around student's school schedules and encourage employees to grow professionally.

What I wish was different

After about 1 month of bonus pay due to the covid-19 pandemic the hazard pay was discontinued. The employees were still risking their health, working in the grocery store and demand for groceries was high. The salary for workers at Save-A-Lot could be higher.

Be ready to work when you arrive and arrive on time or early.
