It was very hands on and project based, I felt like I was making a big impact on the company, and it helped me make decisions on what career path I would like to take
What I wish was different
The location wasn't ideal because it was in the middle of nowhere, but they provided housing and I lived close enough to SLO to come home on weekends.
Advice
Don't be afraid to dive right in! I was a bit timid at first, but once I got a hang of the production environment it became a really fun job.
