My boss let me know during my interview that he wasn't a micro-manager, which I thoroughly enjoyed. On top of this, the experience I gained was great. Setting up meetings with various ad salespeople, negotiating, and learning how to manage a massive budget as well as a tight schedule were all valuable lessons learned.”
