I loved the people that worked there. There was always a smile everywhere you looked and a super positive attitude. I also loved the structure of the job. We had breaks midway through each shift and there was an hourly exchange of location in the museum. Everyone was great friends and I really felt welcome and at home while I was there. The kids were adorable and if I ever had a question or a problem, I knew I could go talk to someone.
What I wish was different
Honestly, I can't think of anything. It was a great experience for those who love playing with kids.
Advice
Don't be afraid to try new things. It's important in this job to be attentive and available to help kids discover the maker inside of themselves. It's absolutely fascinating to watch.
