I loved my experience, because I was immersed in the everyday environment with the research team, but also was able to complete a sales pitch with the other interns. This gave me the opportunity to see what types of areas of the media industry I enjoyed. In this case I enjoyed and performed best in the sales environment.

Connect with as many people as possible at your summer experience. Stay in touch with them. The more people that are willing to invest in you, the more successful you’ll be.

What I liked
The work environment was excellent and full of entertaining and personable co-workers, the projects were engaging and challenging, and the nature of the work was enjoyable because it is closely related to the movie industry.

The internship culminates in a presentation to the whole company, so be prepared to work on your presentation and communication skills.
