The hours were good, the work was engaging but not taxing, the supervisors were very friendly and flexible with my schedule. They were always ready to back you up when there was a problematic patron, which is really nice.
What I wish was different
Some of the projects seemed to be a bit rushed, but likely because of external constraints.
Advice
Be ready to be in a customer service environment. Don’t be afraid to ask questions on the job- it’s more important they get the right information slower than incorrect information faster.
