SE3 is a multi-discipline Civil Engineering company with offices in Illinois, Missouri, and Texas. We provide planning, design, and construction observation services to a variety of public and private sector clients, specializing in transportation, structures, drainage, traffic, and site development, as well as program management (which is to say at times we are agents for our clients, acting on their behalf in a capacity similar to their own public sector employees).

We are not so big that you’ll never meet the company president (our leadership makes it a point to know you personally) and we’re not too small to provide opportunities to work on large scale projects (we have provided key roles in significant projects everywhere we do business)!
