Talent Acquisition Intern
June - September 2019 • Bothell, WA
What I liked
Really great experience, I did work that was useful to my department and company. I worked with a great team, and received an offer at the end of the summer. I would absolutely recommend working here.
What I wish was different
I wish that the third party employment agency that we used was better at communication, as this caused a lot of problems. This wasn't Seattle Genetics' fault, but it made for a rough summer in some aspects.
Advice
Don't expect to be doing normal intern work (getting coffee, making copies, etc.) You should take every project you get and apply yourself, don't settle for mediocrity. If you have nothing to do, ask for more work. Make an impression!

Clinical Development Operations Intern
June - September 2018 • Bothell, WA
What I liked
Real world experience of having a job, and I learned a lot about clinical trials and I thought it was super interesting.
What I wish was different
I wish I had gotten more projects to do in the beginning, because it was kind of slow for my first few weeks.
Advice
Don't be scared to ask questions if you are unsure how to do an assignment you are given.

Facilities Intern
July - September 2017 • Bothell, WA
What I liked
The work environment had a great dynamic, was given the chance to work on many projects and coordinate multiple at the same time. The company has a great overall culture and they really take care of all their employees including interns.
What I wish was different
I wish there was one big project that I could have spent my whole summer doing rather than many small projects.
Advice
Everyone wants to help you out and show you anything you want to learn about so be proactive and take advantage all your coworkers.
