What I liked
I love my team at Seasons. I feel any restaurant with a strong team filled with nice, hard working people will succeed.
What I wish was different
Some of our systems are a bit outdated but they are currently working on them so I look forward to how they improve our restaurant.
Advice
I think it is beneficial for people like me, who are very shy, to have a hostessing job because it allows me to interact with a variety of people that I otherwise wouldn’t speak to. This job has definitely helped me break out of my shell.
