Seattle Web Search provided a positive work environment and interesting assignments that allowed my peers and me to learn and develop our skills. There was also regular training.
What I wish was different
At times, things were a bit unorganized, so it would have been nice if that weren't the case.
Advice
Make sure you're not afraid to communicate if you have questions or are unsure of what exactly to do next.
