I was given the opportunity to work with all parts of the marketing team. I felt comfortable in the environment and was able to ask questions. Interns were put into groups where we completed a case study and presented our findings to management. There was clear direction and structure for the entire internship.
What I wish was different
My experience was fantastic but other interns did not always get the same level of structure that I did. This depended on each division within the company. Would have been nice for every intern to get similar instruction.
Advice
Complete 1:1 meetings with each person in your department so you can learn something from each person.
