The owner of the company was focused on teaching me multiple roles, and helping me to understand new and evolving aspects of the digital marketing industry. I learned a lot about how business "in the real world" happens and the technical side of search engine optimization.
What I wish was different
As the company is relatively small, a lot of the small roles were given solely to me, as I was the only intern. Because of this, I was occasionally overwhelmed.
Advice
Listen lots and learn! People have incredible insight and practical wisdom if you will only listen with the only intention of absorbing their ideas.
