I liked that I worked on a small team in a small company. This allowed my team to have a lot of freedom in how we approached the problems. We were also able to work closely with our clients. I also really enjoyed how the company had a family atmosphere.
What I wish was different
The one thing I personally wasn't the most fond of was the location. Being from a big city, Carmel was not a place I really enjoyed being in.
Advice
I would advise people to try something they are unfamiliar with. The project I was on used C++ which I had no prior experience on. I also did a Hackathon that my company hosted which was a lot of fun.
