What I liked

Hands on opportunity to visually inspect and understand on site laboratory equipment. Opportunity to work with pharmacy equipment and experience the pharmaceutical process in the creation, quality assurance, quality control and operations of a bio science company.

What I wish was different

To see such a growing company utilize a more serious initial process for new employees and interns. This way when individuals interview or proceed to work in the laboratory environment they can decide if the physical mandatory activities that are required is suitable for them or not.

Advice

Always respect others and most importantly respect the chain of command. Also to listen to any piece of advise that the most or "least" experienced person can give you.
