Working in the school district, always something new happening, getting the opportunity to meet and be around a diverse community, smaller work team allows everyone to get to know each other better, flexible hours, I get to do IT stuff but a lot of it involves going around the district so it's more than staring at a screen all day which is really nice.
What I wish was different
That there wasn't COVID19 this year, it's made the job changing constantly and causing us to set up and take down things weekly based on what the school district decides for the learning environment.
Advice
Just apply for jobs even if you don't think you won't get it. I was just coming out of my first year of college and I applied to a random bunch of jobs that I found on google. This was one of the ones I expected to least likely hear back from, and I ended up receiving the position.
