Co-workers were pretty good. There was a lot of support among people who worked there. Made a couple good friends.
What I wish was different
The job is really stressful. The management and the training isn't the best. They don't do a great job of preparing you for the job. Turnover rate is really high as well as burn out.
Advice
Know what you are getting into and ask lots of questions during the interview about the job.
