What I liked
The work was 100% hands on, which was awesome, because I could see directly how my work was impacting the company (a bit scary, too). I also had a lot of autonomy and control over what I was doing - people trusted me despite the fact that I was only an intern, so instead of being micromanaged I could actually be creative. I also liked the flexibility with hours and stuff. I also received more recognition for the work I was doing then I expected.
