Advice
Being able to adapt, change plans, and figure out what to do next when things go unexpected or you aren't producing the results you expect is key. Being able to create and pitch presentations well is also great. Japanese knowledge is a plus (definitely not required). Understanding the business model of the cafe, portraying its strong points, and finding new potential ways to innovate or improve upon it is probably paramount.
