“I loved the work environment and how everyone is willing to help out or just have a conversation. This experience converged the many things I learned across so many classes so I could see and appreciate how all these concepts connect with each other. By working on projects firsthand in the Production Room, I realized how there are many other factors that affect the production time of an item than just the speed of the machine and conveyor belt. At this internship, there were many programs that helped develop me in a general, professional way and I’m grateful to have participated in it. The Speaker Series by different senior leaders taught me more about the company, the Growtality workshop helped me with my leadership and the volunteer opportunities allowed me to give back to community as well as collaborate with my fellow interns.”
