What I liked

The environment and physical work-space was open and friendly. I liked that communication between different specialties in the company was often and encouraged. I learned a lot very quickly, and gained really useful experience in a short amount of time. The employees were a diverse group of people in age, race, and experience which made it a great place for new ideas.

What I wish was different

I just wish I could have stayed longer!

Advice

I was very stressed about learning how to communicate on multiple platforms with people who hold important titles in their fields. One thing I can recommend is to remember that you are not expected to know everything right away, and make sure to break down the information you receive to process it better. Don't be afraid to ask questions! It is better to wait for the right answer than to guess, for the sake of the customer's experience.
