I gained so much knowledge and hands-on experience during this internship. Being able to work in Internal Communications helped me understand how valuable it is to effectively communicate to employees and to incorporate the policies and principles of the company. Most importantly, I enjoyed working in an environment where company culture is prioritized.

One piece of advice I would share about this experience is to ask questions. The employees are approachable and helpful!
