I love the hands on experience and culture that is within this company! I also love how they prioritize me staying up to date on trends and what is happening in the digital marketing world. I also like how they still hired me even though I didn't have a ton of experience and was still a college student.
What I wish was different
I am just starting out, but over time I hope to be able to work full time, but part time out of the office for more flexibility.
Advice
Keep learning and staying up to date through podcasts, news and other social media posts. Also ask when you are unsure about something! Everyone is always willing to help!
