What I wish was different
Stronger community / culture; I never once saw a face of any full-time employee. I saw my co-interns, but only emailed and messaged those I directly reported to.
Advice
Lean in and produce strong work at the beginning, as that is what will allow you to get real hands-on IB experience toward the middle and end of your experience.
