I learned a lot about digital advertising and about the platforms that Simpli.fi uses. The company culture was one I felt comfortable in. Everyone dresses pretty casually to work and there were a lot of company benefits. They bring out food trucks and give out free breakfast on Wednesday’s and Friday’s.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I loved how willing they were to let m learn. They were also very supportive of my personal issues going on.

I wish there was some onboard training before I got there.

Do not be discouraged by the first two weeks. It will come to you!
