Laid back environment that was also professional. Each department worked as a team and that enabled everyone to help each other. Great experience to understand the real estate process as a whole. For full-time employees, bonuses and overtime were offered regularly.

Working with the marketing team on some occasions or being able to see what they were doing and why.

Don't think that any job is too small of a job. Every task is important to the business as a whole, and should be done well.
