Coworkers were similar age as me, easier to speak with them and lead them.
What I wish was different
I wish we had more people working. Some days we were just completely understaffed and it was difficult on all of the workers morale.
Advice
If you want to get into fast food as a minor, this is a good place to start

What I liked
Was an amazing first job. Got lots of work experience to prepare me for my next job. Worked well with my co-workers and leads were very nice.

I wish I could experience working on multiple rides than doing just one ride.
Advice
This is a great first job to start off with and will introduce you into the work life. Easy to learn and will give you many experiences that are needed for later on in life.

What I liked
It opened up my view of what other departments have interesting job duties. I was able to interact with all types of people through the staff and the customers. It was really a different job from most because were trained on the operational and safety aspects of roller coasters and other amusement park rides, while still still being taught how to be customer friendly. I truly enjoyed the ability to see how my work effort transferred into high efficiency of my ride crew. The hours they gave were great. I had more than one 50 hour week.
What I wish was different
I wish I was able to stay longer so that I had an opportunity to move up the managerial ladder. I also wish that the uniform was altered to be a bit more comfortable because the polo shirt was thick and rough.
Advice
I would say that when you are preforming your job, regardless of what it is, there is ALWAYS someone watching so do your best all of the time and you never what rewards await you.
