I like the people. My supervisors/clients were very understanding of turnaround times and were able to adapt to interns' schedules. The organization is goal-oriented which allows everyone to be on the same page and contribute in their own way.
What I wish was different
I would have liked to have seen more communication as far as deadlines go. They tend to be very loose, which is helpful in some ways but it sometimes leads to confusion.
Advice
Do not be afraid to share your ideas. The supervisors are excited to hear them.
