What I liked

Getting to know the patients and the staff is always the best part of working in a hospital. Building these relationships are the best part of the job

What I wish was different

I just always wish I can get more hours. I like to spend my time being productive and there is no better way to do that than to be working.

Advice

Always go into a patients room with a smile. They don’t want to be in the hospital so even if it’s just a smile it can really make a difference in their day which also helps in the healing process

I love working with the public and next to the ER! I've fortunate to have witness some incredible cases

What I wish was different

Advice

Working in the ED gives you the opportunity to really see how an ER works, you are able to see other departments like x-ray, ct, and many more working together as a team to save people lives. Thus giving you an opportunity to see which department or field you'd like to go into for your future career.
