I loved working with different kids each week and teaching them life skills through sports. I loved the freedom we had to create our own schedule each day.
What I wish was different
I wish we could have narrowed it down to 1-2 sports we focused on throughout the summer. I would rotate the sports I did and ended up coaching some sports I did not feel as comfortable with.
Advice
I would suggest that you should apply to this job if you are very outgoing and can engage with younger kids for a longer period of time.
