I like I have a lot of freedom on initiating projects or contributing to the current ones. Everyone's role is pretty flexible, and our boss is willing to have effective and meaningful conversations with us.
What I wish was different
I wish we have a better scheduling system because sometimes we feel so busy and overwhelmed. But that also may because of we need more people.

It is very self-initiative so prepare yourself and be passionate about it!
