What I liked

could listen to music or podcasts while doing work. hopefully the experience with the stringent HIPPA rules will look promising if I apply for an REU position where confidentiality is important.

What I wish was different

I wish that I had applied for REU's sooner, I missed all the deadlines for the applications, wish that someone told me how early we were expected to apply for undergraduate research positions. this job wasn't very related to my career interest of doing research. a few of the people there seemed kind of disappointed that they ended up there.

Advice

It might be worth it to do retraining for hard working employees. pay them through master's degree if they agree to work for the company after getting their masters, give them more hope for the future. a good place to work if you are a senior in high school or a freshman in college.
