There was a lot of structure to support the interns, and there were a lot of higher ups who said interns were welcomed to grab coffee with them (and actually took them up on it). General team members were also eager to help us out.
What I wish was different
There was a drinking culture among the interns (especially with the company-sponsored free-drinks events) that was hard to ignore.
Advice
Try to build mentorship relationships with the employees there and friendships with the other interns.
