Manager efficiency. It would often take several minutes to get ahold on a front-end manager. Which frustrates customers.
Advice
Take peoples opinions with a grain of salt. Some people just need someone to be mad at.

What I liked
I liked how I got the chance to share interesting experiences with customers. Many people gave me tips on life, school, working, etc. The pay was not that bad as well.
What I wish was different
I wish that the managers were more hard working. Most of the time, I had to solve my own problems. This was a hassle at times, but made me a better worker overall.
Advice
My advice is to make friends so you can enjoy your time while working. When you learn that you are not alone and have someone to pass the time with, working a hourly job is not a hassle.

I am very happy with the decisions I have made about my career choice.

To be a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you need to base a sate standardized test. My one piece of advice is to make sure you study for the exam.
