What I liked

I really liked how fast and organized the recruiting was. The people at selling communicate with you personally which made communication easier for both parties. I was also able to get a job within a few weeks after I applied. Additionally, I really like the people I work with so I'm very thankful for them.

I would recommend coming to snelling if you are in need of a job because they know how to properly connect people to companies.

What I liked

I never considered working in any part of the recruiting field. Now, having done it for two short weeks I have not only learned specifics about a very important industry, I have learned to love to connect people with new positions and working with them to make their new position work for them. Further, the professional staff at Snelling in Tyler cares about me using my skills to leverage my own success and the success of the company

Advice

It may not seem like it at first, but there is so much that goes into making other industries work, one of the most important is ensuring good hires are made. That is where firms like Snelling come in. To be the best you can be in this industry, put your head down, be proficient, and learn to master the basic role so you can excel and increase the amount of people you are helping through job placements!
