I like how easy the process was to apply for my job. I just submit my resume and cover letter on the job posted in Handshake and after some days I had the interview.
What I wish was different
I think the current format is easy for students and people to apply, and everything they asked is necessary and required for your application, so I don't wish anything had been different.
Advice
I would advise people to work on their resumes and cover letter before submitting them; you may want to adjust your cover letter for every job you apply for. As the same as prepare and be yourself in your interviews.
