The approach with the head people was incredible, they encouraged the multicultural and different backgrounds. This helped me to develop my team work knowledge and my communication skills. I got the opportunity to get to know more and more people all the time.

Be as responsible as you can, put yourself out there, be open minded and with this you will be able to have one of the best experiences of your life. Having a smile on your face is not that hard.

What I liked
The entire experience is wonderful. So many friends were made and long summer days enjoyed.

There are long days and it would have been nice to have some breaks, but at the end of the day it is all worth it.

What I liked
I was paid to have fun all summer long.
What I wish was different
I wish there would have been more training for the job. There were a lot of situations that you were thrown into and had to fly by the seat of your pants. The hours were a lot less than anticipated
Advice
Don't go in hoping to make money. Go in for the experience.
