You get to manage your own projects, the company culture is amazing (everyien is willing to answer your questions or point you in the right direction).
What I wish was different
There was one intern in my department, so there's not a lot of peer communication.
Advice
Try get your driver's license beforehand. Everyone is supportive so you'll get where you need to. But you can get so much more out of it if you can drive.
