What I liked

I loved building relationships and helping staff learn and grow within their role. As a key holder, I relegated tasks and was sure to communicate efficiently so I was understand and provide any feedback necessary. It’s comforting knowing you walk into work everyday and can be your genuine self.

What I wish was different

Expressing my interest in growing within the company sooner than I had. I waited until a few weeks into summer to voice my desire and start the transformation process from front desk to key holder. However, all worked out for the better and I love where I am at today.

Advice

Keep your energy up and get to know as many riders as you can! The staff is super friendly to each other and anyone who walks through our doors because great hospitality is our priority.
