The people I worked with were very nice and the managers had high expectations. Everyone worked together as a team even if we didn't actually get to know a lot of our co-workers because of COVID 19. Additionally I got to spend all day outside.
What I wish was different
More interactions with co-workers. Usually they have more, however because of COVID they had to change that this year.
Advice
Be willing to push yourself to reach goals.
