Better training to aid in the creativity of creating sessions, also some of the Instructors that I worked with did not work well with the program.
Advice
Develop relationships with your colleagues because there are a lot of different personalities and future careers that can potentially give you the necessary connections for your future.

I was doing what I love and they genuinely loved my work.

The way things ended. I wish they could’ve understood my personal problems even with all the hard work I was doing for them.
Advice
Follow your dream job or even if it’s a small opportunity that leads to your overal dream job, even if you think you’re not ready. Believe in yourself.

Giving citations to students or faculty and staff if they are in violation of parking regulations.
What I wish was different
I wish my pay was bit weekly instead of monthly.
Advice
If you don't mind being out in the sun all day then it's a fun, exciting job.
